I picked up another barbecue gun
It's a Springfield Armory 1911 Mil Spec celebrating Corsicana, Texas 100 years of Police service. Corsicana is only a few miles from me. The owner of a local gun shop called me and told me to come take a look. I told him I didn't need another one, but I guess I did because it came home with me. Now I have to get invited to more barbecues where they allow gun toting. RR7

Dang RR7, that's nice. I'll bet some old Ranger would have liked to have that.

Re: I picked up another barbecue gun
If guns aren't required at a BBQ, they should be.
Nice piece!

Texas arithmatic.
It's a give or take thing...
It's a give or take thing...
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

You are so right. I did not even notice, I just went by what the dealer said. It even says on the other side "Corsiana Police Force Sesquicentennial Edition". RR7
