Posting this for the folks who may not have the fastest connection. It's a conservative forum with comments on what's happening (or what happened). Looks very good for our side. The DC attorney apparently gets spanked very early on. WARNING: very subjective, but still very informative (IMO).

Thanks for the link. I wouldn't characterize the truth as subjective.don Tomás wrote:WARNING: very subjective, but still very informative (IMO).

Worked until 11:15pm this evening - just too much to do during this short week, so I haven't been able to listen to the arguments or read the summaries yet. I'm still betting the SCOTUS kicks this back to the lower court. I'm hoping we settle this correctly - our way - once and for all, but with the decision effectively resting on one man - Justice Kennedy - I cringe for all of us...
Actually I thought Kennedy had his head in the right place. They all IMO seemed to understand the ammendment correctly, they werent all crazy about it but it says what it says.Ysabel Kid wrote:Worked until 11:15pm this evening - just too much to do during this short week, so I haven't been able to listen to the arguments or read the summaries yet. My feelings, having watched it twice, is it'll work in our favor & people in DC will be able to own operable firearms including pistols.
But I aint no legal scholar.
