Even though the breech block, etc aren't pictured, I think it's all there except for the washers that go between the stock and the head of the lock screws and the bore is very nice for it's age. In addition to the surface rust, it appears there might be some very fine paint overspray like it was near something being painted. The stock is dirty and dry but has an 1892 dated cartouche, what appears to be a rack number (or numbers) and some other stampings that I don't recall at the moment.
I suppose the first thing I need to find out is how to take the whole thing apart for clean up. After that I'll need ideas for cleaning up the stock and metal without damaging the markings.
I'll try to keep this updated as I go along but I can tell you right now progress and updates will be painfully slow due to my schedule and the temps still being near or over 100*F (and you can add 10-15*F to get the temp in my garage...
