.32 Special and RL-7

Post by victor »

Of the 3 loading manuals I have, only one(lyman46th)mentions loads using
RL-7 and thats for a 170 gr.JFP only.I only shoot a 184gr.cast bullet from my
Win. m94.I'm looking for a safe starting load using RL-7.I don't have a chrony yet but looking to get about 1700-1800fps.I'm guessing 22-23 grs but would like to hear from someone with experience using these components.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Start with the minimum starting load for the JFP and see what you get.
