Legendary Lawman Winchester 94 16" Barrel on GunBroker

Post by Hagler »

Gentlemen, and ladies, too,

Here is a '94 that appears to be like new:

Just over 18 hours left. A saddle ring carbine, with a 16" barrel, and nice wood, too. $700.00 seems a little steep to me, though.

Super nice looking gun, but he's a little high on all his auctions.

Those are nice, IMHO about the nicest of the post 64 Trappers. I have one just like it, and I just got through mounting a Williams 5D on it, but I havn't shot it yet.

I guess I got a really good deal on mine. I bought it, along with a Wells Fargo rifle for 300 each, I had to buy both to get the Trapper, so I did, then I traded the Wells Fargo for a 6 inch Smith 686 revolver and 200 cash, then I finally sold the 686 for almost 400.00 So I have almost nothing in my Trapper, one of the very rare, better deals I ever made. :)

$700 to start is too high, I think. It seems like these commeratives are all over the map in price.

I haven't seen too many guns I didn't own, but it
sure looks like the top of that butstock is FLAT to me.
What's up with that?

Uh, that's called a carbine butt stock, and that's the way they were made "back in the day."
