Gun show pics

Post by MikeS. »

Went to a big gun show Saturday in No Va near Dulles airport. There were quite a few levers there. Here is a couple pictures.

The gold colored one is a commemorative of the battle of the little big horn dedicated to Cochise(?)

Cameras are banned from the gun shows I attend, regionally - ever since the "media" started broadcasting & printing negative publicity along with the pics, quite a few years ago.

FYI - Cochise was Apache, the Little Big Horn was attended by Sioux and Cheyenne.

I wondered about that also, when I read it.

Nice rifles as I see it was a good collectors show. I see a '76 at the top followed by a '66 and a pair of 73's, then an '86 and what looks like a 1861 Springfield.

Like the shows Pete44 attends, here in Pa. cameras are strictly forbidden. If they catch you doing it, you will be escorted outdoors and the film will be confiscated. You will be barred from attending any future shows with that promoter.

Its a good thing because we have lots of enemies. -------Sixgun

At our annual winter gun show, one of the local TV crews will interview exhibitors and scan the tables. They give time and dates and invite the public to attend...always well done. But then...this is western North Dakota.
