It's only living 2-1/2 hours away from Kittery that has kept my home from foreclosure and my marriage intact.
I get up there every couple of years to browse the half acre of long guns sitting on the floor for all to handle.

That's not half as bad as when it's only 45 minutes from the house... (Until 2 months ago, it used to be 1 hour + 45...)

Seems all the money I'm supposed to be "saving on gas" is going either to KTP or Cabela's...

But luckily, my bride likes to shop there too, and at all the other outlet stores that are in the area... That gives me plenty of time to browse -- and spend -- at the Trading Post.

It's worth the stop if you're coming into Maine over the "big green bridge".

My experience on the Kittery Trading Post Guns website suggests that maybe 1/4 to 1/3 have pictures, but maybe you'll get lucky.

FYI, for those who don't know, the "Gun Library" at Cabela's website typically has multiple pix of each firearm for sale. And for only $25, they will ship it from wherever it is to a Cabela's closest to you, so you can personally inspect it -- with no obligation to complete the purchase. That includes a "5 day hold" for you once it arrives there...

I know that they will hold a gun for you if you are coming in to purchase.
