I picked up this new rifle, a Remington 141 Made in 1937 in 35 Remington caliber from the original owner. It's a take-down (they all are) with a Leupold 4X and factory sling.
Nice find. I haven't seen one that looked that nice in awhile. Most of them that I seee up here are well used and abused.
Good luck with it & hope it shoots lights out!
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

In real life may you be the bad butt that you claim to be on social media.
Those gotta be as nearly a perfect deer rifle as was ever made...It ought to well live up to its' name GameGetter! and be handier and effectively as fast as your semi auto 35 Remingtons.... I'd wager it'll become a favorite if it's accurate.. + 1 Nice find..

35, Leupold and takedown. 3 winners! Takedown for ease of travel, storage and cleaning. Leupolds have been rugged, reliable and have a no-hassle lifetime warranty. 35 Rem has been one of the most consistent performers on game like deer, bear and hogs with no fuss, good accuracy and minimal recoil. What's not to like?
Beautiful, classic rifle in a great cartridge. 35 caliber rifles are the least appreciated calibers in the US and I have never understood why. I love my 35 Remingtons and 35 Whelens. I have only had one deer/hog/stag take another step after being hit by a 35 Rem or 35 Whelen. I am still looking for a 358 Norma mag.
Hey 86er ...Next time you've got that beauty down for cleaning, pump handle removed or whatever, perhaps you could give us a couple of detail pix of the mag tube to show how Remington managed to overcome RN bullets in magazine tube with their point offset design. Thanks in advance...

Sweet! I have a nice old Model 14 .35 Remington. Great guns, those old pumps.

There has got to be something to subliminal forum vibes.
For whatever reason for the past couple of months I have had the “I wants”
for something in .35 Rem. I have been doing the usual Gunbroker, Auction Arms
and Gunsamerica thing, looking at the 336’s the model 14’s and 141’s…
Then brother 86’er comes along with this sweet looking little icing on the cake.
A fine rifle '86er, I'm jealous. I want one of the pump Remington's, a 14 or 141, in that caliber so bad I can taste it. I love my lever guns, but I'm a confirmed pump man for life too. I'll keep looking til I find the one I want, no scope or extra holes.

May your rifle always shoot straight, your mag never run dry, you always have one more round than you have adversaries, and your good mate always be there to watch your back.
