New Ruger Redhawk with pics
I just happily acquired a long awaited Ruger Redhawk in .44 magnum. I would rather have had a .45 Colt, but when you are the recipient of a gift it's hard to be choosey. It has been in the family for years, and will be forever in my possession until I am gone. I thought that while I am sharing the pics of this acquisition that I would post a pic of all my Rugers. I don't post many pictures on here. These were all taken with my cell phone, so I'm sorry if the quality is bad. They aren't KirkD quality but I gave it a shot. Hope y'all enjoy.
all of them
the .44 Redhawk with Galco holster
The .45 Vaquero 3 3/4" bbl, the holster is a Freedom Arms. It's made for a longer bbl, but it's what I use for now.
.45 Bisley Vaquero with work by Clements Custom Guns with El Paso Threepersons holster
Bisley Single Six with El Paso Threepersons holster
.44 Super Blackhawk with standard hammer and oversize basepin from Belt Mountain. Holster was made by my cousin who was about 13 at the time he made it.

Shooter, you done real good there.
My Redhawk is my favorite pistol, and I have several Colts to compare with. My grandboys once a year get to snag a gun of their choice out of my safe. I put about 6 or 7 off-limits, and the Redhawk is one of them. My SuperRedhawk, though, is probably getting claimed by one of the boys this coming year: it is a fine revolver, but I like the Redhawk better.

Looks good to me. A Redhawk has always been on my list of guns to buy.

It's always nice to keep something like that in the family to pass down generation to generation.

Shooter, that's a great collection and every gun has many marks of time
I love the Ruger revolvers very much and have two Redhawks 44 Magnum.
The Redhawks are made to the end of time.
