Wedding at the Wynn - warning - foreign women.

Post by Old Savage »

Fellows, we had to make a quick trip over to Las Vegas for the wedding of a family friend we have known since his birth. In fact, I was the alternate Bradley birth coach. My wife and I had done this three times and his father was an astronaut and when the birth came had to get one of the T38s they use as company cars and fly back to Ca. He had to refuel twice enroute - I played a lot of gin rummy with the mother. He made it in time.

Here is the view from the room on the 39th floor before the festivities, a good omen no doubt.

Now of course, one of the things you should do at a wedding is meet the other side. I tried to do that in the best leverguns tradition of friendliness.

First were the Russian ladies - a psychologist and fashion designer

Lovely Chinese gal and future restauranteur

Delightful Italian woman from Rome and a wonderful dancer - Julia

Should be a blonde in there don't you think

Image

Can't leave out the hotel staff - from Romania

now at the engagement party two years ago, apparently this guy wanted to deck me over a discussion about Einstein, apparently all is forgiven

And my wife and sister in law. For a kiss I promised to go the 100 miles to her thanksgiving dinner - to buffer her mother in law.

Hope you all enjoyed the tour. Highly recommend the Wynn.

Think for about the next week or so that shirt of yours if still unwashed would make a fine bed pillow cover for sleeping!

Good Lord. Was there any time left for the wedding?

And for those not familiar with Vegas - that top picture shows the golf course that's smack dab in the middle of town - really weird. And there's a story behind that - like so many things there I guess. The man that owns the course went blind just as construction on it was finished.
