Need help dateing a friends Win 94 top eject

Need help dateing a friends Win 94 top eject

My friend and hunting partner just picked up a 94 30-30 that is in like new shape the bolt doesnt even show any wear from having the action cycled.
He was told it is a 1981 production but I said I would check with you all to see when she was made. The sn is 4989XXX any help would be great.
