Somewhat OT - Speaking of Lewis and Clark

Post by Doc Hudson »

If y'all are interested in the Lewis and Clark Expedition, y'all might fine these two books of interest. They are factual accounts of the Expedition penned by the hand of Captain William Clark himself.

# History of the Expedition under the Command of Captains Lewis and Clark, Vol. I.
To the Sources of the Missouri, Thence Across the Rocky Mountains and Down the River Columbia to the Pacific Ocean.
Performed During the Years 1804-5-6. (English) (as Author)
# The Journals of Lewis and Clark, 1804-1806 (English) (as Author)

They are available at the Gutenberg Project (http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page ) at no cost. Go to the main page and enter the name William Clark in the search box labeled "Author."
