If you've seen one SP101, you've seen them all... Mine looks just like yours.

Just got this yesterday (and its the subject of a post in here somewhere) --- I thought for sure i had some SPL rounds loaded, but when i got it home i realized all i had were mags ---- the range test will have to be put off a day or 2 unfortunately
Its a late 70's maybe early 80's (guessing because of the full barrel shroud ) Det Special. It feels good in the hand and is a bit bigger than a super compact --- cant wait to shoot it

I will nab a pic of my 2" barrel Colt Python and edit it in when I get home.
Have another revolver I'ma take a pic of and someone can maybe tell me what it is lol. I know its a smith and wesson 18xx .38 but dont know if it's a modern replica or old (though a lot of the bluing is worn so probably a little old at least).
No reason at all why snubbies & leverguns can't go together.
I'll wager there were some single action snubbies carried along with their levergun counterparts too...

Ok home now. Here are my two inherited revolvers. I know the history of the python, but the lil S&W, I have no clue. It just given to me one day by gramps.

Same here, except a couple of mine have spurless hammers, and a couple have longer barrels. I do seem to have accumulated a tribe of them since about 1997.
Got some J-frames, too, but until I can stick a polaroid photo into one of these little ports, and make it come out as a pic on here, well, I won't be posting pics.
Have Colts, will travel.

What did that thing start out life as, a Colt 1917? Big, ugly, and I sure as heck wouldn't want to look down the barrel.

Top - 45 Colt 2" Taurus with a trigger and action job and loaded with 260 gr A Frames at 920 fps.
Bottom - Kahr PM4013, .40 cal, C&S custom job with Crimson Trace laser, night sights and Clip Draw.
What most people call a "right" is the equivalent of a dog walking on a leash. Just because your leash is a little longer than the other dogs' does not mean you don't have a master.
I love my J Frames...My daughter made off with my AirWeight when I wasn't paying attention, but I still have a .22 AirLite that goes with me about everywhere, a .357 Stainless Centennial, and a 36-1 with 3" bbl.....A friend just got one of those new Ruger revolvers... LCR?...might have to get one of those.

Heres mine! I always thought of Taurus as a below par firearm and was raised, if its a DA Revolver its a SMITH! This gun has changed my opinion! It is an older version, its solid stainless and is not an alloy but carries and points nicely.

this ole 45acp. ...The 45acp is a great Snubbie round ,non- magnum = less muzzel flash
It's a customized S&W DA 45 from the 1937 Brazilian contract run. the barrel is cut down to 3.5", bobbed the hammer, installed a patridge front sight, did an action / trigger job and refinished matte blue.
