OT Storm Cloud
We had some scattered storms roll through today. I took this photo this afternoon, I just thought it was really cool how you could see just how isolated some of the storms were. There was quite a bit of lightning in that little old cloud too.

Cool picture Ted!!
We finally got some rain today.
The weather has been really boring this summer. 70 to 80 and sunny every day.
Makes for a nice summer but it gets old.
I love nasty weather!

That's neat.
We've had about 2 inches over the last 2 days. Needed rain. Ponds are down (I was surprised the bear could swim at Mom's), some creeks are dry, and the ground is hard as rock.

Used to love sitting on the porch on a rocking chair watching a thunderstorm. One of the most relaxing things in the world. I really miss a good front porch!
Re: OT Storm Cloud
I tried several times to capture the lightning in that little storm, but couldn't get the timing down. I do enjoy watching a good storm as well, especially the lightning.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who likes "bad" weather!
Have you hugged your rifle today?
Re: OT Storm Cloud
The dry summer has made for some poor squirrel hunting this fall. All the ditches, creeks and water holes are dry in woods where I've been lookin. Think all the squirrels have moved into town, from what I've seen I could limit out in about 10-15 minute drive thru with a good quality pellet rifle.............

Very cool cloud
Re: OT Storm Cloud
Thunderstorms make great pictures. I never seem to do them justice. Here's one that never got to us while bow hunting antelope in August near Dillon Montana.
