Pros and Cons.

NRA,

Pro's, theyre huge & politicians stand up & take notice of them.
Con's, Theyve become politicians themselves & compromise too much in a vain attempt at appearing PC.

GOA,

pro's. They dont believe in compromise in order to remain PC & fight all gun control without prejudice.

Cons, Only one I can think of is they dont have the numbers the NRA does.

NRA - Pros: Huge. Part of the DC establishment. Get invited to Lobbiest Parties. Devoted fan base that believes they can do no wrong.

NRA - Cons: www.nrawol.net

GOA - Pros: Uncompromising. Mostly Volunteer. Not run by a PR firm. Want to be out of a job.

GOA - Cons: Small. Demonized by the NRA as Kooks/Radical Fringe for not toeing the NRA line and demanding 100% 2nd Amendment RKBA.

Ditto Gun Owners Alliance

Ditto Pink Pistols

Ditto any organization that dares to want all NRA approved/supported gun laws repealed...
