It's the kind of thing that encourages OSHA to keep extending its reach. Those idiots could use a dose of OSHA before they get their final dose of 120.

Some dang fool on the other end of the red cord would be likely to plug it in without caring what's plugged into it.

Yes, it's the Euro Plug I remember from Germany (that's why I said International Darwin Awards).

IIRC the ground is the 2 metal bits on the outer edge of the socket with + & - on the posts, but I dunno for sure.
