Don't see much of a foundation. There's some short concrete studs.

There were a bunch of those high rise BeeHives in Korea, too....Wouldn't go into one on a bet. You could almost watch the concret crumble before your eyes.

I'm suprised the building is as intact as it is. Useless but relatively intact. Very odd if you ask me.

Probably used multiple contrators. The Building contactor knew what he was doing. The foundation contractor sucks big time. (Well, probably don't suck now. Probably has a bullet in his neck by now.)

As a side, I live on the Gulf Coast of Texas. Marshy land, but we still build hi-rise's. To do that here, they have to drive piling sometime 150 to 200 feet deep to hit something solid. Those piling may be in a grid every 4 foot square, too.
