EDIT: madman45/70 is the winner ! CONGRATS !
(Please PM me with your snailmail addy, so I can get you the Texas Ranger book !)
I am putting this 350+pp hardcover book up, in our forum, as the prize in a Father's Day drawing (free, shipping included) for our continental US forum members.
I will take entries until this June 10 - to give some members a chance, that are away this week at a Shootist's holiday in Raton.
Just make ONE post to the effect that you want in, and I'll put everybody's entry in a hat to draw a winner - then try to mail out the book so it will be had by this June 21st.
It is:
LONE STAR JUSTICE, The First Century of THE TEXAS RANGERS , by Robert M. Utley

That book and his follow up are great ones, but be warned if you have the Rangers on a pedestal, they get tarnished a little, due to politics and bad choices.
But they RANGER ON!!! as All ways.
