Was delivering bulls to Deerlodge this week and found a nice herd of elk near Thompson Falls. danny

26 head 2 spike bulls with them


Heading back at dusk about 1/2 mile from my place saw a herd of 8 pic of 2, they are rough looking havent shed out yet.

Elk are a very majestic animal and catch my attention so much more than any of the other hooved animals, plus they are a joy to eat! (every three years or so :D ) Nice pics Danny! You sure play in some nice country.--------------Sixgun

Jeep, I stopped to get a photo and they just ignored me even when I whistled, changed out my copenhagen and let my cow dogs out they perked up then. danny
