I'm back!!!!

I see things have changed alot..I've been gone awhile cause last year I bought 100 acres and this year I had a house built on it..man I've been busy..I haven't had much time to hunt or even shoot my guns much..All my reloading stuff is in boxes in my new shop

anyways I'm glad to be back!!

I'm gonna take pictures once the house is finished..it's a log home

...I still need to get the fire place built and the rock work on the exterior started..This is our first home, so my wife is being very critical..the kitchen will be done this month...this is a pay as you go thing so it's taken close to a year to finish...but once it's done it will be paid for!!

the hogs are as thick as thieves...they destroyed Trisha's flower beds one night..which was a mistake for them

..the deer are small but plentiful..hunting will be good this fall. I'm gonna plant some feed plots and place out some mineral blocks..

I'm glad we did it this way..after we got started the econemy crashed..folks are losing there homes and land..I can't imagine what there going through.

the interior is exposed timber frame and log..the exterior is gonna be half rock and half log..the logs are in place just not the rocks..looks kinda funny right now. the fire place is gonna take nearly half a wall..14 feet wide and 24 feet tall..the opening will be 4 feet wide...the footers are a foot thick around the exterior and two feet under the fire place..
