Improvements at Midway?

Post by TedH »

Just tried to get on Midway's website. All I got was a message that they were updating the site. Hopefully they will get rid of some of the problems we've been complaining about.

I was on the other day and their search engine was faster (maybe a beta test?) - it asked if you wanted to limit to "in stock" items, which was nice.

I was just looking for an obsolete sight part, so wasn't a big deal - not a big rush on 100-year-old antique parts (yet)...

I was on the other day and found that it didn't pick up everything I was searching for, but when I tried the search again it did. Weird...

The site operating so dang slow is what I'm hopefull they're fixing. I'm sure they can't do much about the out of stock items besides just wait for it like the rest of us.

VERY fast this morning. It seems that one change is to consolidate the listings for a particular make and allow you to select quantities (say, of brass) from a drop down menu.
Sincerely,

Hobie
