because this morning when I opened my apartment door, there were two the lost packages that I complained about in another thread.

Ok, it took about 8 months and they're damaged, but they're here.

Go Fedex!!!!

my experience with Fedex is if its important use someone else as they are the worst shipper. I have had really good luck with UPS thou and even the Post office gets the stuff to me faster then Fedex.

Fedex is a B2B shipper. Always has been. Their B2R and R2R shipping is very low priority for them... though FedEx Home/Ground has started to fix that some.

UPS is much better at B2R & R2R as Home Delivery hs always been an iintegral part of their business plan.

Anyone else remember the Saturday Night Live skit for Einstein Express? They used the theory of relativity to ship and their motto was "When it absolutely, positively has to be there the day before yesterday!" :lol:

How could you even think of disparaging a company with such stick-to-it-tiveness! :D At least they left them on the porch and ran! They usually toss mine in the flower beds!

I've had good results with FedEx. And UPS. And USPS. And Emery. And DHL.

All of these organizations routinely do an excellent job, in my experience.

FEDEX should change their corporate name to FEDLOC, Federal Local ILO Federal Express.

If it was up to El Chivo, it'd be changed to FEDUP ! ;)

I've never been too happy with UPS, partly because they won't deliver to a residence on Saturday. They'll deliver to a business but not a residence. Why not??
