How do I get an email sent to me onto the forum?

Highlight the text of the e-mail or the entire e-mail, right click on the highlighted portion and click copy. Come to the forum and put your cursor in the text box, go to the top of the page, click Edit, click paste, and BINGO you've just posted the e-mail.

If the e-mail is personal, you might want to ask the sender if he/she is ok with you posting it.

Now those you'll have to save to a folder and then upload them like any other picture.

OR highlight the -e-mail link in the address line of the e-mail and go through the steps I gave you for copying the highlighted link to the forum.
