This feature allows you to set the blade angle at the optimum cutting angle while allowing your wrists to be parallel to your cutting surface allowing more power to be applied. They come in plain, 1/2 serrated and replacable utility blade. The utility blade carrier is unique in that it is bevelled so you can use the hole blade, not just the traditional front triangle of the blade.
