Browning BL-92: Shooter or Safe Queen

I have a problem, a good one, but a problem none the less.
I own a Browning BL-92 (.357) that I have had since the early 1980's when they first came out. I bought it because I liked it and intended to hunt with it. Then I found out my home state didn't allow hunting with the .357. It hasn't been fired. I have been watching the discussions about this rifle and it seems the value continues to grow, so I'm wondering, should I keep it a safe queen or make it a shooter?

This gun turned into a safe queen sort of by accident, and generally I don't believe in owning guns that don't get shot, but . . . . .value is value. Heck, with some of the ridiculous prices I've seen people are asking, perhaps I should sell it and buy a couple of Marlins.

Any of you have a similar problem with a gun you bought to use, but the value went up for some reason and now your not sure if you should shoot it? What would you do?

I have a similar problem. I already have a '94 that shoots just fine in .30-30, but got a helluva deal on a mint condition top eject saddle ring trapper. I didn't need another one, but always wanted a trapper. Well, I've had the trapper for quite a while, and now, I don't want to carry it on my horse or in the truck, for fear of damaging it! Hell, I still haven't shot it!

If you have one (a shooter or non shooter)
There a prime investment.

If it were mine, I'd shoot it, but very carefully. It's still going to be a good investment as long as it's condition is still like new.

You'll get $700-$800 for it if you sell it now. I think you could almost get a nice used Rossi 92, have it slicked up by Nate and buy 1000 rounds of ammo with the money.

but, it has the original box, shipping box, hang tags and warranty card; AND, I have about 20 other Win 94 .30-30 carbines to shoot!

But... just as pretty and getting shot almost every change I get:

although it's a Canadian Centennial that's been modified into a Trapper, the wood and finish on this gun are spctacular, far better than they look in the photo.
