Just finished supper.
Tenderloin stripped from a young fat doe, rolled in flower and seasoning, and fried in an iron skillet.
Served up in a sandwich with a good helping of Wild Turkey Rare Breed.
Was thinking about chicken eggs and sawmill gravy with biscuits but then I would have had to have coffee.
Had to work the Wild Turkey in there somewhere.
On topic. Was shot with a Marlin 45-70 405 cpwfn at 1000 fps.

!Well I just finished eat'n Vension Stroganoff and fresh brussel sprouts boiled in Maggi Chicken Tomato Broth with butter. The cubed Tenderloin was seasoned with Blackcracked Pepper,Cinammon, minced Garlic, diced Onions and Dutch button mushrooms.Simmered with broth until reduced and meat tender. Then add sour cream and simmer another hour to blend flavor.Serve on Egg noodles. In my case the cubed Tenderloin was stripped from a spike buck.

Ours was fresh collards from the garden, ham steak, and grits. The Lord sure did provide some nice greens.

I've had my fair share of hunting seasons eating hotdogs.RKrodle wrote:I don't even want to talk to ya'll, I had a hot dog for supper.
