I hope the beloved forum gets back to normal. Can we post pictures here and how? A lot has gone down since the ice and the crash.

Pictures here should work just like on the regular Leverguns.com forum. Post away!86er wrote:I hope the beloved forum gets back to normal. Can we post pictures here and how? A lot has gone down since the ice and the crash.
Thanks AmBraCol. This works just like a couple other forums I hang out on so I already feel much better . Now I will have to sit down tonight and write up my range report from the other weekend.

It seems our little problem is one of 38,000 sites that were "defaced" by the Turkish hacker. Apparently someone there wrote an automated program that was inserted into Go-Daddy's" servers and it propagated throughout the system automatically.
Go-Daddy is blaming Microsoft. Microsoft is blaming Go-Daddy and somehow the whole thing has been kept really really quiet.
It is the largest defacement by one hacker in history.
ANYHOW ... Joel is moving everything from Go-Daddy's farm of servers to others and is working on the security so we never have this problem again.
Hopfully within 24 hours.
