OT- Not the usual job listing

I got this in an email today and thought I would share. Gives one the impression this is company cut from a different cloth.

Now before I get flooded with resumes and phone calls,
let me tell you that this is not a job for everyone.

The hours are long, the pay is low. You work EVERY
weekend, and the phone is constantly ringing off the
hook.

If there is a break in the incoming calls, then you
are returning calls or sending out course confirmations
from our computers.

And I'll tell you a little secret up front...I'm not an
easy guy to work with.

Why?

Because I started Front Sight from scratch, doing
EVERY job myself in the early days. Since I lead by
example and I KNOW all the jobs in the organization,
I expect out of YOU exactly what I demand from myself--
performance, not excuses... perfection, not mediocrity.

I do not tolerate anything less.

Believe me, Front Sight would not have doubled every
year though every obstacle and challenge imaginable and
continue on track to double again without everybody
involved in the organization having the same
"performance, not excuses... perfection, not
mediocrity" attitude.

Anything less and you will not last with me, so don't
bother sending me a resume unless you share my attitude
and are willing to step up and be counted as one of
my executive assistants.

You also need to have experience as a Front Sight
student because you will be answering questions about
the courses and there is no room for BS in our
organization. You need to KNOW because you have been
there and done that!

So if you qualify so far, and want to work your tail
off with an organization that is positively changing
the image of gun ownership by training law abiding
citizens to levels that exceed law enforcement and
military standards without any boot camp mentality or
drill instructor attitudes, then read this e-mail TWICE
