Shoot it!

It'll be someone else's lifetime where it's worth so much that the "unfired " really means anything.

I had an old Colt Police Positive that I believed was unfired in the box when I got it an estate auction.
It think it was bought and put in a drawer and left there in case of emergency.

I couldn't stand not shooting it. Had to sell it. The collector that bought it was thrilled. Probably
still sitting there in that box with nothing to do.

Shoot it. Shoot it. Shoot it.

I have an unfired one for sale in the classified. If you want to have one to save, this one has the box. Shoot yours, buy mine.

I've bought many guns and never shot them, not that I was saving them for any particular reason. Thanksgiving day I shot 50 rounds through a 7 year old, but NIB, model 657 Smith 41 mag. First time shot, wonderful pistol!!! Why did I wait so long? Shoot your gun, it's the right thing to do.

Howdy,
I recently bought a pair of 40 yr old NIB 94's. They both were fired before I left the yard.....of the guy I bought them from...

You never see a U-haul trailer being pulled by a hearse. Shoot it, and make sure some kid gets to shoot it too. He'll remember it forever:) Congrats on that rifle.

A gun that is never fired is nothing but a poseur.

Bang, bang, bang!

What wre you asking?

Shoot it! Firearms were made to be shot. With exceedingly few exceptions - almost all based on safety and/or extremely rare/value considerations, all guns should be shot - and shot often! :D
