A 5th wheel, 2 buses(one not in the pic).
A couple Marlins, a sporterized 1917.
Buses are all set up with heat, fridge, bunks, stove.
Camp has been in the same spot for 22 + years, I've going there for the last 6 years, plenty of memories.

Deer Camp? Whassat? Never been hunting deer with more than one other in my life... and that was when I was a kid.
Looks waay to social for me...

Looks like your standard Wisconsin deer camp orange to me . Your warmest clothes is always orange that way you can wear it deer hunting or to a late season Packer game.
Old Ironsights , group hunting is totally different than from hunting by yourself. It's a lot fun with a small amount of supidity in the evenings. You will have many more memories from a group hunt. You need to try it sometime.
wish i was there..
looks like a fine bunch of guys
a little too much orange though....
we wear camo head to toe...on private land...
but we have to wear at least a orange vest if on public land
Happy hunting
We used to have a "Sika Camp" out on the eastern shore of Maryland ! Rather diverse group , I was the only one from the south ! All the rest were from MD , PA , NY or DE !
Then after we lost our lease the guys from PA started a bear/deer camp in the Poconos and naturally I went up there for about 5 or 6 years !
Now I pretty much hunt alone on our property or the refuge in Maryland !
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !
There all a good group of guys.
The bs tends to get a little deep sometimes but its usally ends up being good for a couple laughs.
Most of those guys insist on hunting with in 300yards of camp.
Me I go 3 miles down the road.

Brought back alot of memories of my younger days hunting in a similar setup. We had an old 1946 or 7 sort Ford bus (slept and two old step in Divco Milk Trucks (home delivery type) drug into a U set up. Middle vehicle was for cooking and eatin, and the other had no heat and was the coat, gun, and wood storage truck. Had alot of years (me----about 18 seasons) till divorce and the land was sold off....... This was in eastern Dutchess Cty., NY. Alot of fun, memories and good times. Most of us used 12ga. shot guns. Mine was an Ithaca Deer Slayer with a 2 1/2 Weaver.....that was from 1966 till 1984. For you younger guys when you get like me (older than dirt) The memories of hunting camp never fade. Enjoy them and the people you hunt with. Good hunting. afish4570

Sounds like some good memories!
We are on public land and what I have found to interesting is in 22 years we have never had trouble with someone else camping in our "spot".

Might explain why I am still single, after all these years, the cleanliness is not an issue; modern American male.
It just never occured to me hunt " with " someone.
I hunt alone some and with others too. Both are good. We have 6 hunters on our ranch and here are a couple of photos of our set up. I have a buddy that has a 3 bedroom house and a barn for the hunters. I do like a roof to get under but thats about it. I think half the fun of hunting is the company you keep after the hunt.
Looks like a good time and a good group. Personally, I don't like being in trees like that. I literally get claustrophobic if I can't see the horizon in at least one direction.
What's up with all the optics on the levers? What's the longest shot in there? 100 feet, maybe? The young guy there with the 1917 Enfield has the right idea.

Scott
In there it is pretty close.
Where I hunt it opens up a little.
I practice in the off season with both open and scope, but usally hunt with the 2x bsa unless conditions dictate otherwise.
That young guy has developed into a decent shot with that Enfield. The peep site he has makes for a good sight picture.
Rangefinder,
I like that camp.

Looks like a great bunch, and must be after all those years!
Our group remains at 3-4 people. My brother, nephew and I for every year, and occasionally a son in law, or two.
Must be having some road construction somewhere nearby.
