Isn't that the truth. I stopped by the local gun shop last week and it looks like an empty warehouse.

Yes, he has stimulated sales! I went looking for reloading supplies yesterday, found nothing that I was looking for (no primers, very little powder, only one kind of 22 lr available) so I settled for some 231 and a thousand 22s. I also did something I said I'd not do; I purchased primers on line and paid the BS "Hazmat" fee (funny I can buy loaded rounds mail order/on line with no extra fees but take them apart and the components, powder and primers, cost extra to ship! :?:)

Shhhhhhhh! Don't give the Obama Feds any ideas. Using your logic they'll just start requiring a HazMat fee on loaded ammo.

Remember when the Hazmat fee first started and it was only $7.00? And it wasn't supposed to go up? I haven't been able to find the news stories about all the terrible fires and explosions that used to happen when it didn't cost any extra to ship powder and primers, but they MUST have happened, right? Or else there wouldn't BE a Hazmat fee, right?
