I loaded up a 100 rounds of .45 Colt for a competitor (full house BP loads, split between 200 grainers for pistol and 225 grain pills for rifle), in a CAS match this weekend. 10 rounds to go and... crunch... there went the decapper!
I'd picked up a new set of RCBS dies late last year and was able to fulfil my commitment. So, this am I called Dillon and described what happened. The customer service rep asked me name, addr. and zip... then said I'll have a couple out in the mail tomorrow.
Just gotta love service like that!

I have an old "Bird & Trout" scalpel that I really like, but when I bought it years ago it came with a crappy (if functional) leather sheath. The new B&T comes with a kydex neck clip. I emailed and asked how to order a replacement and the email reply said: "We're sending you one to the adderss in your email...no charge"
