OT, More bad news

Post by Doc Hudson »

I just got off the phone with my Mom. One of my cousins, Jackie Atwell, was killed this morning. I don't have any details as yet. He was the only child of my Mom's older brother, I know Uncle Bud and Aunt Catherine will be devastated.

Please keep them, and Jackie's two kids (grown thankfully) in your prayers.

Update: I just learned that he was killed in an auto accident on his way to work.

Can't be any worse news when family is lost to anything. Best regards, and hope you can step in and help make a difference to the rest of your family.

I don't have time to read all of the posts; so I just read this one. I am deeply sorry for your loss, and have prayed for the family, friends, and you, Doc.

May our loving and caring God lift all of you up and provide some meaning to this tragedy, and give you the grace to find solace in remembering those good times spent with your loved one.
