ON Topic/political - Traditions

Post by J Miller »

I have a tradition I do every four years. After I've voted I go shooting. Been doing that for several elections now and see no reason to do anything different next week.

What shooting related traditions do you do every four years?

Ahh. You said "shooting related".

Good thing. I was about to say "Pray for a Global Plague with an afinity to and activated by Statist Thought..."

Ah yes, the old Statist Plague wish....

I like to go hunting. If nothing else I load some more ammo.

Hereabouts the first Tuesday in Nov is Melbourne Cup Day. This is the horse race in Australia, which even rates a public holiday in Victoria and has a vast following all over the country. I'm not a racing fan and my beloved is going to some sort of cup day function with her art group. I'm planning to do some serious work with the 38-55 Winnie and my little 357 Martini.

I will also be thinking of all of you on this election day.

I try to never stop doing anything shooting related for four years straight!

I guess I could buy someone else a gun and/or NRA membership every four years. Sounds good.
