FWIW, McChurian would also be DQd from having access to "Special Weapons" in any branch of sevice because his time as a POW precludes him from being part of the PRP (Personnel Reliability Program)...
(Yet voting him in gives him "the Football"... even though he couldn't have access to it as a member of the Military... go figure...)

I am afraid of what McCain might do too, Partly because of some of the people in his past that he unwillingly associated with. I am terrified of what obama says he will do and people he willingly associated with.

Considering the prize he was for the commies and the special treatment he got it has to be considered as a maybe. However at their worst would it be worse than obama's best?
