Dr. finally released me !!!!

As some of you know I have been out of work for almost 3 months because of a fall that pulled all of the tendons and muscles in my right shoulder. Luckily nothing was torn from its anchorages so I was able to avoid surgery, but had to go to rehab 3 times a week. BTW do you know the difference between a physical therapist and a terrorist? You can negotiate with a terrorist Anyway this last Thursday my Dr released me to go back to work. Since then I have been waiting for a truck to become available in Jacksonville, Fl or Atlanta, Ga. Well as my luck goes no trucks. So tomorrow morning I am headed out for Joplin, Mo to pick up my truck. Gentlemen consider this fair warning I AM BACK ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!!!!!

Glad ta hear you're back @ work... oh wait, you said driving a truck... playtime restarting is more apt! I drove from Miami to Jacksonville yesterday, but planned on working on my novel for the evening... so I did, sat there and looked @ it, wondering where all the words went? All the muses say write a page a day... Ha! I did... then read it... what trash! <select all> <delete>; so easy to start over... so hard to do over! Welcome back to the working class.

BTW, had BBQ @ Gorgi's last night on edgewood... delicious! See ya in Laredo!

Thank you all for your well wishes, it does mean alot.
Well what is it they say about the best laid plans. This morning I got up and got my self ready to head out to Joplin. All I had to do was make a couple of phone calls to the company to get my rental car reservation #, pick up the car come back to the house load up my gear and head out..............

After the fist phone call I was told to hang tight for a couple of hours. At about 1:PM I got a call tell me that there was an abandoned truck in Orlando, and ask me if I would retrieve it. In this business any time you go to retrieve an abandoned truck you never know what you are going to find as far as condition goes. I was expecting the worst conditions. When I got there the truck was in remarkably good shape. No trash in the floor, the bunk was relatively clean, the truck was in good repair. It turned out to be a 2007 KW T-600 with just 172K for miles I think I am going to be happy with this ride. I got it back to the house this evening, tomorrow morning I will clean it out and and load my gear aboard and prepare to hit the road.

Griff I'll be looking for that Pirate vessel AHRRRRRR, BTW your run up I-95 brought you within about 4 miles of my house.
Jeremy when I get up that way I will stop by and say hello.
