POLITICS - Political Analogy 3,472 - The Coach

Post by Old Ironsights »

The president gets too much credit from his party when things are good and he gets too much blame from the other party when things go wrong. The president is our coach. Congress is the team. We are the Owners.

We all know that Congress has a low approval rating - I last heard 18 percent. Will YOU be the agent of "change" this election? Will YOU re-elect the incumbent congressman? Because if you do, aren't you being hypocritical? Eighty-two percent of you want change, but will you vote for more of the same? We know the coach will change, what we don't know is whether you, the public, will change the team.

The Team Sucks, but we keep blaming or praising the Coach. Isn't that a bit silly?

Alot of things the american voter does is "silly". I plan on not voting for any of our reps or sens this next go around cause all of them, IIRC, voted for the bailout. I will check again to be sure I get all the "yes" voters so I can give them all a pass at the poll.
