OT - El Paso Saddlery Question

Post by don Tomás »

I think something was posted here in the recent past, but I can't seem to find it with the search function. I have a shooting buddy that's been trying to get a hold of El Paso Saddlery by phone (he's computer challenged) to order a holster and has been unable to do so. Anybody remember what was upwith EPS, etc? Has anybody been successful ordering over the internet? My buddy does understand that orders can take a couple of months. Thanks in advance,
Tom

I have ordered a couple of items from them in the last year. They are slow and I did it over the Internet. Be sure to make a call later about the order because sometimes they get misplaced. They do great work but you have to be patient.

I recently placed an order over the phone for saddlebags. Delivery took about eight weeks which is about norm for previous orders. Good people and products.

You might try cheaper than dirt for their stuff too. My son ordered a holster for his 1911 with a double mag pouch and it took him 2 months to get it. He ordered an El Passo holster from cheaper than dirt for his superblackhawk and had it in 10 days. The price from cheaperthandirt.com is less than the catalog retail too. If it's a regular kind of item with nothing special you can save time and money.
