For as many of the 29 years my Dad did factory appliance service as I can remember, he had a variation of that saying on a sign in his work van. The day I knew he was serious about retirement was the day he took it out of his van and gave it to me to put in mine (we worked for the same company).
It stayed in my van until my recent job change. Once I get a little more time under my belt at the new place, that sign will find it's way into my shop...
If these walls could talk, I'd listen to the floor.
Sounds like a good plan. Probably safer to wait a little bit - though a good dose of reality seldom hurts anyone (though it often ruffles a few feathers!!! )
