OT - Buffalo burgers for tonights dinner

Well, in an effort to keep you informed of how the Texas Hunt meat is, I pulled out some Bison burger for dinner tonight. I pulled out one package of Bison burger, which made two nice size burgers. Worchester Sauce, spices and on to the grill. Flipped a three mins, for another three mins, temp of grill was 600 degrees. The aroma was heavenly. with one min to go, a slice of swiss to melt on top. I had grilled some banna peppers along side the burgers, fresh from the garden. Burgers were placed in a fresh roll, garden fresh tomato slices, mayo, and the peppers on top of the burgers. Served with grilled corn on the cob. Wow was it ever so very good. I can't wait till tomorrow's meal, ribs!!! As requested, pictures:

Bison has less calories than chicken, very lean. VERY GOOD

I'm talking about all that other stuff.

Funny thing. I was outside and I swore I could smell bison burgers. I live only 75 miles east of you and smelled it. I cannot believe you did not invite me over. Thanx buddy!!!!!!---------Sixgun

Glad you shared that with us. However, why is it that folks insist on ruining good meat with that salad on top of it? I have never understood that.
