A classy young lady

Post by Ysabel Kid »

Been trying to get my scanner working for the last few days so I could make this post with a picture, but alas, I think it is time to put it out of its misery. I think a .45 Colt should do from my Rossi '92, slicked up by none other than our very own Nate Kiowa Jones. I doubt work would appreciate that much though - since they own it!

Heck, I just hijacked my own post!

My son (Ysabel Kid's Kid) and I received a very nice card in the mail late last week. It was a thank you note from Lindsay, thanking us for contributing to the rifle she used to get her first deer, a blackbuck down on 86er's ranch. The card had a wonderful picture of her, the gun, and the deer on it. I've been beaming ever since! :D

YKK can't decide whether he likes the gun, the deer or the girl more!

86er and OI - thanks for coordinating all of this and, as Larry the Cable Guy would say, for "gettin' 'er done!!!"

YK, I was going to post on this too, but I will just add, that I too got one in the mail of the gang down there and Lindsey after the hunt. Big smile and I think my allergies were acting up too because my eyes were watering.

Hey Jay. Until you replace that scanner, use your digital camera and take a photo of the photo. If its resolution is high enough, should be good enough for us here as most us us can't see any more anyway... :)
