CPT Ed Freeman has passed on. I just thought the military guys would want to know.
Sincerely,

Hobie

A truly brave man.

Clear skies, Ed.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

A sad thing to here. If you ever needed one, a helo pilot was the best thing you ever saw. Possibly quite a few folks on this forum, your truely included, would'nt be here today with out that particular breed of aviator. Some people say they had more balls than brains, but I think they had more compassion than fear.

Not being a military man, I had to look him up. All I can say is Wow...., what an individual.!

When you're knee deep in green hell wondering if you'll ever get home....
The Wop-Wop-Wop sound of a Huey coming in is the sweetest thing you ever heard.
Many thanks to Ed and All those who kept coming back... flying into hot LZ's..taking hits allover their aircraft,,,bringing what we needed in, and taking our wounded brothers out.
