When it arrived, the box was messed up, and some of the parts were falling out. That was no big deal, but the seat cover had a big cut in it. The seat is not like a conventional seat, it's more of a butt hammock that is strung across a metal frame, very comfortable.
I should have contacted UPS or Cabelas, but instead, I sent an email to the folks at Big Game Tree Stands. They immediately got another seat cover to me ASAP and didn't charge me a thing ($60 retail). I consider that excellent service in this day and age.
Previously, I own and use 3 of their Boss XL stands.

They're great for fat folk like myself and have a generous and comfortable seat. Along with a foot rail, I can sit in this hang on for many hours and not become sore.
I just wanted to let you folks know about a great treestand company if you're in the market.
