O.S.A.K. original question

Post by mescalero1 »

O.S.A.K.
OK finally connected with the smiths, and they said:
The process is done with Sodium Benzoin, a complete cleaning, coat with sodium benzoin, let dry, apply heat with a pencil torch, difference in color obtained will be related to where the torch was and was not.
If you guys will hold on, we will do it to my sintered metal 1894 next week, if we want, they will provide video.
I think before and after pictures will suffice
