This was the first group today with the Model 94. The first shot with this rifle when clean is usually a couple inches left. There are nine shots here. Wasn't particularly happy with this 100 yd group. But look at the pattern when the first and last shots are covered by dimes. I always kind of wonder if the rifle or my shooting is the cause when this sort of thing occurs.

I'm thinking the 5 shot horizontal string is due to blood flow in your arm. You can see it at long distances, but it might be harder to notice it at 100 yards. Line up on something about 400 yards out and you will see the gun's path. Even the trick of expelling and holding breath won't eliminate the waving barrel.
