I hope I edited this picture appropriately (the version I saw showed more of the dog), but this illustrates a couple problems you can encounter while taking a picture of your trophy buck, if you have a dog.
First, be careful where you place your gun - the dog might knock it over towards you.
Secondly, dog's can be very excitable, and sometimes do what dogs do best.

Now you know why there are so many Jack Russells around...
My Welsh Terrier, Lance is also quit a prolific, uh procreator. He practices with our old long-out-of the game female on a daily basis - right before she tells him off. To the uninitiated, it sounds like all-out war, but that's just the way they communicate... It's kind of a game they have...
This reminds me of my dog (wall-eyed) Wally a part Boxer mix I had thru my middle school and high school years. He had the ugly mug of boxer but was a runt so maybe 30 pounds max. To say Wally was amorous or prolific would be an understatement, Wally was a horn-dog. He would try and get intimate with just about any animal or object he found handy. One day I had just hosed down the wheel barrow after some concrete repairs so I laid it upside-down with wheel up to let it drain and dry out. Wally saw that wheel in the air and decided to get romantic with the wheel barrow tire, strangest sight you ever did see.
I used to do allot of spearfishing in my youth, and my dad made me a float to hang my speared fish onto to drag 30 feet behind me (so hungry sharks and moray eels wouldn't mistake me for my fish). This float was an old basketball which my dad had sewn a snug fitting net to fit over it to attach the lanyard to. After each dive I'd hose it down then hang from a low chain link fence to dry off. This would hang the ball about knee high, and one day Wally saw that hanging ball float and just couldn't resist it's shapely allure and started giving that ball his dog-love.
One of my kid sis' neighbor friends gave me a little yellow chick which she couldn't keep. In no time it grew into thee largest chicken I had ever seen. Not sure what the breed it was but this white hen was pushing turkey in size. The extra white feathers on her legs made her look like she was wearing Knickers so of course my dad named her "Knickers". As you may have already guessed Wally was as happy as a horny male dog could be finally having something besides inanimate objects to show his affection to. Wally would show his affection for Knickers every chance he got but the strange thing was Knickers didn't seem to mind. They became husband and wife always staying close to each other and at night Knickers would roost on top of Wally in his doghouse. They were a very odd couple to say the least.
