My Texas Levergun Safari Haul Arrives Home...

Post by RSY »

Now, here is some trophy material you can sink your teeth into:

Image

That's my Axis doe transformed into:

1. Pre-marinated fajita meat

2. Bacon-wrapped chopped steaks

3. Smoked sausage links

4. Breakfast/pan sausage

Over the lips, past the gums; look out, Stomach, here it comes.

Nice. And they bacon-wrap and marinate on request ... how can you lose.

It is, Joe. And, that's only the top layer. What the picture really doesn't show is that the box is about 6" deep. :)

that sure looks good. Mine shipped on Monday, hoping to see it here today or tomorrow. 400# of Bison, 100+# of neelgai. mouth is watering. Hope you enjoy that prize.

That sure looks good. Mine shipped on Monday too. My bison is less than 1/4 the weight of Mike's, and I also have the hog meat that Tom donated. Can't wait for it to get here!

We should have a virtual cookout with the Texas crowd. Pick a night, share your recipe and take pics. Mmmm....mmmm...good.

Wow! Did you have to go buy a new deep-freezer for all that meat?

Yummy!

Still waiting on mine. Was supposed to be here Tues of last week, didn't get shipped. Then it was supposed to be here yesterday and as of this afternoon the girl in the office couldn't even tell me if it had shipped... :x
