OT Another candidate for a Darwin award.
ITN - Friday, August 22 07:44 pmA burglar was caught upside down when his trainers got stuck in a window during a robbery.
32-year-old John Pearce got his foot stuck after smashing the window of a family home in Kent.
He was left hanging upside down for over an hour before a neighbour called the police - but not before capturing the moment on camera.
It remains a mystery as to how exactly he became trapped, but it is believed he wedged a small window open with his hammer, climbed through, and it slammed shut on his ankle.
It is thought he then smashed the main window, but the more he struggled, the more trapped he became.
He was found dangling by a next-door neighbour who did not recognise the man, took the photo of him and left him there until the police arrived.
Pearce pleaded guilty and will be sentenced next month.

This seems to me like a prime opportunity to satisfy several points of personal curiosity.
How long would it take for someone hanging upside-down to pass out? What is the best way to wake them up, poking them with a stick, or urinating on their forehead?
How long will they complain if I just ignore them?
Will they eventually stop complaining and just accept it if I use them for a BB gun target?
Could they get used to being an activity center for my pitbulls?
If I just close the door and go on vacation, how long will it be before they mummify?

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

I'm sure he'll be successful at suing the window manufacturer, the builder, the homeowner, and his sneaker manufacturer.
If he twisted his neck when the shutter clicked, he'll sue the camera maker, too.

Thats great!!! I like the pitbull idea!

willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom." - John F. Kennedy

The homeowner should defiantly do some time in prison for locking the front door and forcing the victim to use such an unsafe mode of entry.
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!" Samuel Adams

Over here he would have sued the homeowner - and probably won...
