Just take a liberal in birkenstocks with you, they can't run fast in them and will save you from the Grizzly bears by sacrificing themselves. Just keep running, though, as the bear will growl and scare the (your favorite term for solid waste here) out of them and knock the wind out of them when it grabs them. Once you have the waste and wind out of a liberal there isn't much left other than birkenstocks and a I hate Bush T-Shirt.
