M1895 crossbolt safety replacement kits in stainless steels?

Post by Naphtali »

Who makes or sells M1895 crossbolt safety replacement kits made from stainless steels? What I'm looking for is a kit whose visible areas resemble something normally seen on the action -- screw heads, for example.

Not sure if he makes them in Stainless or not.

Clyde Ludwig

If he can't do it, I might be able to fab one up if I can find some SS.

I appreciate your offer to crank one for me. If I actually looked at my messages on Marlin Owners Forum, I would have seen that an earlier query paid off. I have my source for the safety replacement buttons. I just got off my money to him.

If there is a problem with him sending the buttons, though, I will take advantage of your offer.
